Becoming the Employer of Choice: Reviews and Feedback

Providing employees with regular feedback is critical, and it can also be uncomfortable! This session provides practical tools to help you get comfortable with this very important aspect of being an employer.

Becoming the Employer of Choice is a program of the University of Wisconsin-Extension and FairShare CSA Coalition.

This class is being offered to beginning (3 – 7 years experience) diversified vegetable farmers in the Pacific Northwest.
