Becoming The Employer of Choice: Managing Conflict

When left unaddressed, unhealthy conflict can have long-lasting consequences. In this session, we explore common sources of conflict on the farm, our different styles of dealing with conflict, and how to actively move towards conflict resolution.

Becoming the Employer of Choice is a program of the University of Wisconsin-Extension and FairShare CSA Coalition.

This class is being offered to beginning (3 – 7 years experience) diversified vegetable farmers in the Pacific Northwest.
